  • Twisted Danish pastry with raisins and topped with icing.

  • Puff Pastry [white flour (white flour (wheat), iron, niacin, thiamine, calcium), water, butter (milk), white vinegar, salt], Apricot Slices, Custard Powder [maize starch, salt, colour (annattonorbixin), flavouring], Sugar, Corn Flour, Apricot Glaze [sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, water, apricot purée, acidity regulator (citric acid, potassium citrate, calcium phosphate), gelling agent (pectin), preservative (potassium sorbate)].

  • Traditional French pastry filled with dark chocolate.

    Served best slightly toasted.

    Dough (65%) [Semi-skimmed milk, White wheat flour, Butter (milk), Custard sugar, Yeast, Salt, Baking powder (wheat)],

    Cardamom Filling (20%) [Light brown sugar, Melted butter (milk), Cardamom],

    Cream Cheese Frosting (15%) [Icing sugar, Cream cheese (milk), Milk].
